Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a private duty nurse, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to patients with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities.
Responsibilities- Assess and plan patient care using the nursing process
- Collect and analyze data to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care interventions to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior nursing experience preferred
- Enteral feeds
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
