Accounting Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified Full-Time Faculty, Accounting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching freshmen and sophomore Accounting courses, as well as maintaining accurate student records and submitting required reports. The ideal candidate will have a Master's (or higher) degree in Accounting or a related field, and prior online teaching experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Teach assigned classes in keeping with approved syllabi, outlines, and instructional materials.
Maintain accurate student records in compliance with Lee College requirements.
Submit required student reports to the Admissions & Records Office according to schedule.
Direct, evaluate, and assess the learning experience of students in accordance with adopted curricula and approved procedures.
Provide counsel/guidance to students when needed.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in campus-related committees as needed.
Recruit for and promote the Accounting program.
Participate in professional development activities, both on-campus and off.
Requirements
Master's (or higher) degree in Accounting or a related field.
Prior online teaching experience and certification are preferred.
