About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Rose Medical Center. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Clean patient rooms and dismissal units, including disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
  • Follow proper procedures for separating regular waste from biohazardous waste, disposing of needles, and storing clean and dirty linens.
  • Clean public and ancillary areas, including restrooms, trash disposal, and damp disinfecting.
  • Dispose of Sharps containers per policy (if applicable).
Requirements
  • One year of housekeeping experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Able to read and speak English.
