Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Tech to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for monitoring ICU and telemetry patients, obtaining rhythm strips, and documenting patient information in their medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ICU and telemetry patients to identify potential health issues
  • Obtain rhythm strips and document patient information in medical records
  • Answer and direct telephone calls and messages, prioritizing and referring as necessary
  • Practice basic computer and office skills, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Complete an EKG course within 6 months of hire

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • C-BLS Certification (Preferred)
