At Home Hope and Healing, we are seeking a skilled Care Specialist to provide personalized support and assistance to adult clients in the Burnham area. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have a PSS certificate or be willing to enroll in a PSS course upon hire and complete it within 6 months. One year of clinical experience in home care is preferred, but not required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also essential for this role. Successful passing of background checks is mandatory.

As a Care Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences. You will assist them with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility. You will also help with communication, household chores, and other tasks as needed. The salary range for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
