Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents. Responsibilities
  • Prepare, administer, and document medications according to established protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Verify the identity of medications brought into the health campus by newly admitted residents and ensure they are examined and identified by the attending physician or facility pharmacy/pharmacist.
  • Follow health campus policies and procedures regarding the destruction of medications.
  • Participate in daily nursing report and electronic documentation.
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when necessary.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
  • Work collaboratively with a high-quality team to deliver exceptional care and services.
Requirements
  • Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification (STNA, CNA, SRNA).
  • Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
  • At least one year's experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
