Job Summary:

The Mortgage Consultant is a key member of the Prosperity Home Mortgage team, responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on residential mortgage programs. This role involves advising clients on various mortgage options, analyzing financial data, and matching client needs to suitable loan programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Prosperity's mortgage products and services.
  • Analyze client financial data to identify suitable mortgage options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Proven experience in mortgage sales or operations, with a strong track record of agency, government, and jumbo origination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
