Host/Hostess

Mirbeau Inn & Spa is a family-owned and operated destination resort brand with a reputation for excellence in hospitality.

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at the Willow Restaurant in Rhinebeck, NY.

• Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests by setting tables, greeting guests, and presenting menus.
• Take and schedule reservations, and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Supervise service to assist servers when needed, and complete the guest satisfaction cycle by thanking guests and inviting them to return.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager, including decorating the dining room for special events.

This position requires a pleasant personality, neat appearance, and excellent people, verbal, and writing skills. Prior experience in the industry is preferred.
