Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Pilatus PC12 Pilot to join our team, providing essential medical air transportation services.

Competitive Compensation:

Sign-on bonus of 15K (after successful completion of training/checkride) with no training contract required.

Retention bonus of 40K (6-month waiting period; this is a 3-year program).

Relocation assistance of 3K available.

Company-sponsored crew housing provided.

Schedule:
14 days on, 14 days off, with opportunities for day or night flights.

Safety Commitment:
At Guardian Flight, safety is our top priority. Our pilots are part of a dedicated team that adheres to high safety standards for both crew and patients.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL) certification required.
- Willingness to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
- Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
- Valid and unexpired driver's license.
- 2,500 total flight hours.
- 2,000 hours in fixed wing aircraft.
- 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
- 500 hours of cross-country flight experience.
- 100 hours of night flying.
- 75 hours of instrument flight time (50 hours actual).

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure safe transport of patients.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight, adhering to all regulatory and company standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all flights.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and other stakeholders.
- Provide detailed shift change information to the incoming pilot and team.
- Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training.

Working Environment:
- Work in various weather conditions.
- May involve de-icing the aircraft and assisting with towing and hangar maneuvers.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and balance.
- May assist with loading patients, with a lifting requirement of up to 70 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
