We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our cardiology department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, compound, and dispense medications to patients according to established laws and regulations.
- Optimize drug therapy by identifying, resolving, and preventing drug-related problems and improving therapeutic outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and train support personnel, including pharmacy technicians and students.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical programs.
- Eligibility for licensure to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Completion of 20 continuing education credits per year to maintain licensure.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the patient care team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacotherapy and ability to assess patient data relative to age-specific needs.
