  1. Manage internal and external audits, and annual compliance notices, forms, and filings.
  2. Coordinate activities and deliverables between internal and external partners and carriers to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
  3. Act as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft as it relates to benefits including integrations with carriers, testing and product release, ensuring full functionality of system.
  4. Create and maintain documentation of reporting processes and training guides.
