At ProHealth Care, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a high-acuity setting. We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Technician to join our team at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital's Intensive Care Unit.

The ICU is a 16-bed unit that provides medical-surgical intensive care and intermediate care services. As a Critical Care Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering quality nursing care to patients, implementing specific procedures and programs, and coordinating patient care within the department and with other departments.

We require our Critical Care Technicians to commit to 36 hours per week, working every other weekend and alternating holidays. This is not a seasonal or temporary position.

Responsibilities include assisting RNs and physicians with special procedures, setting up sterile fields, and performing phlebotomy duties as delegated. You will also assist patients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, toileting, positioning, and nourishment.

To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credentials.
