Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in a Telemetry setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current and valid state RN License.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Experience in Telemetry nursing preferred.
- COVID vaccination/boosters preferred.
- PALS certification.
- CPI certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Telemetry setting.
