Salon Director

At Sun Tan City - Chaffin/Bruner Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Director to lead our team in delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Salon Director is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the salon, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead and manage a team of salon staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
• Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve salon operations and client experience

• College education preferred, but not required
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a similar industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client satisfaction
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
