Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Coordinator of Multicultural Mental Health Programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse student population and contribute to the development of innovative mental health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate programming and services for Black/African American/African Diaspora student populations, including liaison work with the Center for Black Cultures, Resources, & Research and the Cross-Cultural Center.
- Develop and implement programs, workshops, groups, and services targeting the Black/African American/African Diaspora student population.
- Provide direct services to students as a generalist counseling psychologist, including initial assessments, time-limited individual and group psychotherapy, crisis care services, and campus crisis response.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to Center research and evaluation.
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited doctoral program.
- Licensed as a psychologist in California (or license-eligible in California).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical/counseling experience in the field of psychology.
- Experience working with diverse student populations, particularly Black/African American/African Diaspora students.
- Strong consultation and outreach experience, program development, and evaluation skills.
- Three post-licensure years of clinical/counseling experience in the field of psychology.
- Supervision experience with psychology doctoral interns, preferably in an APA-accredited program.
- Interest in the application and integration of social justice in counseling center work.
