About the Role

Berry Global is seeking a highly skilled EH&S Manager to lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing safety programs, policies, and procedures
  • Identifying hazardous conditions and recommending corrective measures
  • Investigating incidents and preparing presentations
  • Providing safety training and orientation to new employees
  • Conducting management of change on new equipment
  • Tracking training to ensure compliance with corporate regulatory tasks

As an EH&S Manager at Berry Global, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's safety culture and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions for a more sustainable future.

Requirements

  • BS in Industrial Safety Management or related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 1-3 years of safety experience in an industrial setting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other government regulations
