**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our per-diem nursing team at Actual Homecare, LLC.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee per-diem nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and coverage for client assessments and reassessments.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to source nurses in strategically important locations.
  • Provide guidance to per-diem nursing staff on documentation and clinical processes.
  • Regularly review assessment documentation and clinical processes to uphold high-quality care delivery.
  • Liaise with the recruitment team to screen and onboard new nurses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in home healthcare, including case management.
  • Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of NJ.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail in documentation.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team virtually.
