Dialysis Assistant

As a Dialysis Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our RNs in providing exceptional patient care in the Heights, TX area.

• Promote a customer-friendly environment for patients and their families.
• Follow all patient-specific and facility-level policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Adapt work methods to accommodate the unique needs of each patient.
• Perform delegated tasks, including transportation, inventory management, and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with Core Dialysis policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
