Mixologist

SoSoBa is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and presenting a wide range of beverages to our customers.

• Cocktail Preparation: Prepare and serve house cocktails according to specified recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Cash Management: Manage cash handling, shift reports, and cashouts, adhering to SoSoBa's standards and practices.
• Serving and Bartending: Provide excellent service and bartending duties, including taking tables and expediting orders.
• Opening and Closing Procedures: Open and close the till for each shift, and manage tip-outs and deposits.
• Shift Reports and Record Keeping: Complete proper shift change/closing reports at the end of each shift.

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume bar/restaurant setting.
