Jovie Nannies is seeking two dedicated and compassionate Childcare Educators to contribute to a nurturing preschool environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood development and enjoy engaging with young learners. Below are the specifics of the position:

Position Highlights:
This role provides an opportunity to transition into a full-time position with comprehensive benefits. As a Childcare Educator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the growth and happiness of young children. You will collaborate closely with a Lead Teacher to foster a supportive and stimulating atmosphere for:
  • 1–2-year-olds: Emphasizing a sense of safety, exploration, and discovery through tailored activities and routines.
  • 4–5-year-olds: Assisting children in developing social, language, and foundational learning skills through interactive play.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Lead Teacher to uphold the classroom schedule and execute suitable lesson plans.
  • Establish a secure and nurturing environment for children, prioritizing their well-being.
  • Offer personalized attention and support to each child, addressing their individual needs.
  • Document daily activities and maintain effective communication with parents.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized classroom setting.
  • Encourage a passion for learning through engaging play and positive interactions.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with young children (preferably ages 1-2 or 3-5).
  • CDA or Child Development Associate coursework is advantageous.
  • A strong enthusiasm for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing a love for learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor with a positive outlook.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Three childcare references.
  • A dependable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to fulfill state requirements.
