We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct RN Clinical Instructor to join our team at Marsha Fuerst School of Nursing.

Job Summary:

The Adjunct RN Clinical Instructor will be responsible for coordinating, planning, preparing, presenting, and evaluating program instruction and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan program instruction and related activities
  • Prepare and present theoretical content
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise in the subject area
  • Hold students accountable for acquired competency
  • Conduct conferences with students
  • Perform student theoretical and/or clinical performance grading
  • Schedule and hold office hours
  • Evaluate clinical facilities
  • Conduct and document clinical agency representative meetings
  • Contribute to department and college activities
  • Attend college faculty convocations and assemblies
  • Actively participate in department and college committees and meetings
  • Prepare formal and informal reports
  • Professionally represent the college to outside agencies and the community
Requirements:
  • Master's degree with a major in nursing from an accredited school OR Bachelor's degree with a major in nursing and a master's or doctoral degree in a field related to nursing
