Emergency Services RN Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to lead our Emergency Services team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the 24/7 operations of our emergency department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of RNs and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Provide education and training to staff on best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 5 years of experience in progressive leadership roles, preferably in emergency services or a related field.
- Master's Degree in a related field.
- Formal coursework in management, finance, and other administrative subjects.
- Current National Certification from a recognized professional organization in a relevant field of clinical expertise.
- Management experience in a healthcare setting.
