Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients in the communities of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Naples.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary health care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care.
- Report directly to the Medical Director regarding clinical issues and activities related to the delivery of medical care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve the goals and objectives of the Medical Center.
- Comply with all Center policies and procedures, as well as pertinent state and federal regulations.
- Prescribe medication in accordance with state statute and professional practice guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Current unrestricted State Medical License.
- Current State D.E.A. Certificate.
- Degree from an accredited school of medicine.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine.
- Annual continuing medical education as required by Board specialty.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Two years of experience working with multi-cultural patient populations delivering patient-centric programs that are high-quality and cost-effective.
