As a Material Handler on our 1st Shift team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
Operate mechanical forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock picker lift trucks to move materials and products throughout the warehouse
Accurately select and pick customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform daily shipments, ensuring products are correctly labeled and identified for proper storage and use
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily production goals and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Participate in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, and other company programs to ensure compliance and quality standards
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-3 months of related manufacturing or food experience preferred
Basic knowledge of supply chain, purchasing, materials, and/or manufacturing
Excellent attendance and dependability, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
