Life Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at New York Life. As a Financial Sales Advisor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, families, and small businesses by providing them with expert guidance on insurance and financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored financial plans using our array of services, considering each client's financial needs and life circumstances.
- Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services.
- Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor.
- Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals.
- The ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients.
- Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/circumstances they may encounter.
- Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals.
- Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients.
- Have a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and stability of the community over time.
- Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must.
- Must have effective relationship management skills.
- Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required.
