• We are seeking skilled Culinary Artists to prepare hot choice buffet products, including carving and display cooking products, according to our recipes and procedures.
• Our ideal candidate will grill all items to Golden Corral standards, ensuring quality and freshness.

• The successful candidate will maintain the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding, and serving.
• They will restock and rotate food products using the first-in, first-out method (FIFO).
• Apart from taking inventory, they will check build-to with the Manager at the beginning and end of each shift.

• The chosen candidate will ensure that the Hot Cook area and all smallwares are clean.
• They will perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
• Our ideal candidate will follow local health department regulations.

• The selected candidate will ensure that hot choice buffet products, including display cooking products, are always hot and fresh for guests.
• They will know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
