Job Description:
As an Activity Therapist at ProMedica Health System, you will play a critical role in supporting the healing process of our patients. You will work collaboratively with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide individualized and group therapy programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement therapeutic activity programs that meet the needs of patients with various diagnoses and abilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients to engage in therapeutic activities
- Document patient progress and outcomes, using standardized tools and measures as required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and psychiatric conditions
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic activities and their benefits for patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
