Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at TD Therapy Services, LLC. As a Physical Therapist, you will work in our Out-Patient clinic in Pocatello and Blackfoot, Idaho, providing evidence-based interventions and therapies to improve patients' physical strength, coordination, and range of motion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to set achievable goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to improve patients' physical strength, coordination, and range of motion.
  • Teach patients compensatory techniques, educate them on energy conservation, joint protection, and self-care skills.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to patients' family members, caregivers, and other support groups in maximizing patients' abilities.
  • Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in physical therapy and incorporate them into the treatment plans.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure a safe and hygienic treatment environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy
  • Licensed in the state of Idaho or ability to obtain immediate licensure
  • Proven experience as a Physical Therapist
