Dietary Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Cook to join our team at Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in preparing nutritious meals for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook large batches of food using scratch cooking techniques and fresh ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with the Food Service Director to ensure high-quality meals are served to our residents.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in cooking or food preparation.
• Experience in large batch cooking and scratch cooking techniques.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
