As a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory Fitness, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving studio growth. Your passion for fitness and enthusiasm for our mission will shine through in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming environment
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing our unique approach to fitness
  • Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks
  • Lead studio tours, highlighting our facilities and services
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to drive studio success
  • Follow up with prospective clients and resolve member concerns in a professional manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

Requirements:
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to share that with others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with our systems
