PCA Floater

Audrie HomeHealth Care, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team as a Floater. As a PCA Floater, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in a group home setting, working one-on-one alongside nurses to assist with daily activities of living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, meal preparation, dressing, grooming, positioning, transfers, laundry, and light housekeeping.

• Provide personal care services to clients in a group home setting, including bathing, toileting, and dressing.
• Assist clients with daily activities of living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, grooming, and light housekeeping.
• Work collaboratively with nurses to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including their living space and personal belongings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation or accommodations to travel to various locations.
• Pass DHS Background Study.
• Be dependable and on time for all assignments, ready to work.
• Must be able to travel to the metro area.
• Consistency, good work ethic, and integrity are essential for this role.

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or in a related field.
• Completion of online Personal Care Assistant Training, MDHS (PCA Certificate).
• Any other applicable training certificates of completion.
