Foremost Farms USA is seeking a highly skilled Regional HRBP Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic human resources support and partnership across multiple Foremost Farms locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with union business agents, chief stewards, and union management committee.
- Develop and maintain a strong external network of labor relations professionals to stay informed of key labor topics, trends, and benchmarks.
- Advise on and communicate escalating labor issues and/or grievances.
- Lead arbitration process, as needed.
- Prepare and participate in union contract negotiations, as needed.
- Lead and implement talent management practices and facilitate the development and mobility of plant salaried staff.
- Develop a strategy and implement tactics to support new hire retention.
- Support plant management in culture development and lead initiatives to elevate the employee experience.
- Lead salaried employee relations and investigations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR and/or manufacturing leadership experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of union management experience.
- Hands-on experience with union contract negotiations.
- Experience facilitating group sessions or training.
- Continued education and/or certification in labor relations, change management, coaching, project management, etc.
