• Manage and lead a store team to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze sales and cost development, using industry-standard metrics to inform business decisions
• Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize product flow and maintain an attractive store display

• Completed commercial or equivalent education
• Previous experience in managing a store, preferably in the retail or grocery industry
• Leadership experience and a proven track record of successfully leading a team
• Strong cost management skills and ability to analyze sales and revenue data
