About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a PICU RN in a renowned healthcare facility. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill pediatric patients and contribute to the success of our medical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients in the intensive care unit
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Active RN licensure in the state of California
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care
  • BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Compensation and Benefits
