Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver / CNA to join our team at Borgess Hospital PHARMACY AT WOODBRIDGE. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced caregivers to grow their careers and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
  • Aid with movement and placement of patients.
  • Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
  • Document necessary records.
  • Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment.
