About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Operations Director to oversee the daily activities of our kitchen team. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for managing food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Your expertise in food preparation and nutrition will enable you to develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our students.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our Director and Assistant Director to ensure that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will also provide guidance and support to junior staff members to help them achieve their full potential. This position comes with a competitive salary of $62,000 per year, along with benefits such as sick time, personal time, vacation days, health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
