Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations of students with speech and language disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students with speech and language disorders to identify areas of need and develop targeted treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each student, including speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions that support students' academic success and promote positive outcomes.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Provide therapy services to students in individual or group settings, using evidence-based practices and techniques to promote effective communication and language development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available for students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
