  • Prepare the dining area for service prior to the shift.
  • Ensure all components of a table order are complete before serving.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding guest needs.
  • Guarantee timely food delivery while adhering to proper table and seat assignments.
  • Inspect each dish before serving to ensure it meets established quality standards.
  • Efficiently expedite food from the kitchen to the dining area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Consistently complete daily and weekly side work tasks.
  • Assist fellow team members and fulfill tasks assigned by management.
  • Report any issues or guest complaints to management promptly.
  • Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
Accountabilities:
  • Engage with guests in a positive and professional manner, upholding company standards for quality service.
  • Act in the best interest of guests to foster new business and minimize complaints.
  • Meet all expectations for the Culinary Service Associate role as detailed in the training manual.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in reading, understanding, and speaking English; able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, up to eight hours.
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to reach overhead and bend to access items on low shelves.
  • Willing to work collaboratively as part of a team focused on guest satisfaction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
