Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our programs and operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, receiving clients and visitors, preparing meeting rooms, and providing administrative support to assigned programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to programs, including data entry, quality control, and report compilation
  • Provide cross-agency operational support, including phone and front desk coverage, maintenance of common areas, and logistics coordination
  • Assist with special projects related to funding, licensing, and accreditation compliance
  • Manage online publication product orders and office supplies
  • Print and collate materials for trainings and meetings
  • Room setup for meetings and special events
  • Provide administrative support to programs and directors, including scheduling meetings, typing, and document preparation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of professional office experience
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office, including formatting and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with databases to enter and manipulate data
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of projects
  • Ability to prioritize requests and resolve problems
  • Polished, mature communication skills
Working Conditions
