About the Role

This position involves providing first and second-level support to national and international customers, commissioning standard and custom machines, conducting product and service trainings, and creating feasibility analyses.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Commission and test machines to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills
  • Analyze customer needs and create customized solutions
  • Identify and procure spare parts to minimize downtime
  • Manage warranty and goodwill requests to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support international representatives and provide technical guidance
  • Document and track service cases and machine lifecycle in our CRM system
Requirements
  • Completed training as an electrician with further education as an electrical engineer
  • Alternatively, a degree in electrical engineering
  • Several years of experience in service, with a focus on custom machine construction
  • Excellent knowledge of automation technology, particularly in PLC programming, SIMATIC S7, TIA Portal, B&R, Beckhoff
