Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients to enhance their health and overall well-being.
- Practice with mindfulness, respecting cultural diversity, individual rights, and legal obligations.
- Engage in a multidisciplinary team approach for effective case management.
- Employ quality improvement methodologies to refine patient care processes and outcomes.
- Participate in peer evaluations and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MD, DO, or equivalent international training required.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified with ABMS or AOA.
- Possess an active, unrestricted medical license in Minnesota (or the ability to obtain one).
- Capability to secure and maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Meet credentialing criteria for hospital privileges, if applicable.
- BLS/ACLS certification required within 180 days of hire.
Physical Requirements:
Medium Work:
Lifting up to 32 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. frequently.
