Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering large-scale home renovations and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including correspondence, RFI's, change orders, and applications for payment
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project management to ensure successful project delivery
  • Facilitate building permit applications and acquire necessary permits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction management
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of construction industry, building techniques, and engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
