Frye Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current RN license to practice in NC
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
