Key Responsibilities:- Perform a full range of pharmacist procedures, including dispensing medications and counseling patients on proper use.
- Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
- Counsel patients on medication interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other pertinent data to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Review patient profiles to closely monitor medication therapy and intervene with providers as needed.
- Compound medications as required and ensure accuracy of all pharmaceutical products prepared or processed by technical staff.
- Supervise inventory control of all pharmaceuticals and maintain appropriate records and security of scheduled controlled substances.
- Current, full active, and unrestricted licenses to practice as a Pharmacist.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Minimum of 24 months of experience in an outpatient Pharmacy within the last 36 months.
- Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice as a Pharmacist.
- Must be a US Citizen.
