Staff Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Systems Engineer to join our team in a critical leadership role. As a key contributor to the successful completion of Communications and Collections projects, you will utilize DSP technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requirements and lead design efforts to produce novel processing approaches for new hardware products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement DSP algorithms in software, GPU, or FPGA platforms
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful completion of projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, or other STEM degree, plus 14 years of progressive experience
- Recent design experience and a track record of successful DSP product designs
- US Citizenship is required
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance (NG will sponsor)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current, active Top Secret clearance, or higher
- Experience as an IPT lead, functional lead, or leadership in the military
- MATLAB knowledge and/or experience with a DSP focus
