Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including fleet and safety policies
  • Comply with safe driving rules and procedures and ensure parts are delivered in excellent condition
  • Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle and ensure proper maintenance
  • Process and restock returns from route deliveries in a timely manner
  • Assist DIY customers between deliveries by utilizing ZNET and maintaining product knowledge
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet AutoZone's driving requirements
