Job Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Be available for work at all times to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
- Engage in daily customer interactions and maintain positive relationships.
- Loading and unloading cargo using cargo handling equipment.
- Stacking and sorting delivered cargo accurately.
- Keep a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Submit customer paperwork and deposits, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
- Regularly inspect vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure safety, legality, and security.
- You can expect to have 5 days on duty and 2 days off, with home time every weekend.
- We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits to our employees.
- We provide paid orientation for new drivers.
- No accommodation or meals are included during orientation.
- Drivers are provided with their own room during orientation.
- Orientation may include online components.
- We do not cover any travel expenses for orientation.
- A valid Class A license without restrictions (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes or (V) Medical Variance.
- At least 2 years of Commercial Driving experience.
