Speech Language Pathologist

Soar Autism Center is a leading provider of autism services, dedicated to helping children with autism and their families thrive. We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. They will conduct multidisciplinary assessments, create treatment plans, and develop communication interventions to support client communication. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, a license to practice speech pathology, and a strong passion for working with young children.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties
- Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families
- Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- License to practice speech pathology
- Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs
- Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams
- Ability to connect and engage with young children
- Competitive salary range: $77,500.00 - $95,000.00/year
