Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Fan Outfitters South Mill Ave location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by following Lids' customer service programs.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the success of the store.
  • Participate in store maintenance, including merchandising, signage, and cleanliness, to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Lids' dress code policy.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Protect company assets and adhere to Lids' retail policies and procedures.
  • Participate in restocking and resetting of merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store.
  • Support and adhere to all Lids' policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to read and operate a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder to work with hands overhead.
  • Standing required for up to 100% of work time.
Preferred Qualifications

Seasonal Part-Time Associates start at local minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
