Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive geriatric primary care and post-acute care services to our residents.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases and injuries, ensuring comprehensive delivery of service and quality patient care.
- Evaluate medical procedures and everyday situations, suggesting ways to improve delivery of service and profitability.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of South Carolina (SC).
- Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Current DPS and DEA certificates (or in progress).
- Previous experience in geriatrics in primary care, post-acute care, including senior living, SNF, IPR, and LTACH.
- Experience or passion for value-based care.
- Proficiency in documenting and billing in any setting, including EHR documentation.
